Unless
you opt to study at home your Individual
Tuition classes will be taught in a quiet, sunny studio about seven minutes
walk from Hove station. Situated on the south coast, Brighton & Hove is
approximately fifty minutes by train from London Victoria. It has two universities,
several English language schools, and numerous clubs, bars and restaurants,
all of which are within walking distance from the beach. The city centre is
made up of small areas of antique shops, gift shops, second-hand clothes shops,
designer shops and all of the major chain stores. There is a flea market behind
Brighton station on Sundays and for fashion and textile students, the decadent
interiors of Brighton Pavilion are a wonderful inspiration.
Express Trains leave Victoria via Gatwick airport to both Brighton and Hove stations. Connections to Hove from the Thames Link service can be made at East Croydon, Haywards Heath or Brighton. Direct trains to Brighton run from Birmingham, Manchester and Reading and trains from Portsmouth, Southampton, Bournemouth and Chichester stop at Hove. Buses and trains link Brighton and Hove stations and express buses connect Brighton & Hove with Heathrow and Gatwick airports. If you are travelling by car, the A27 comes almost to the door.
